Our Communities, Our Health: Improving the Health and Wellbeing of Vulnerable People in Gloucestershire

While overall health in Gloucestershire is good, some individuals or groups of people experience poorer health outcomes than others; often linked to their life circumstances or experiences. This year’s annual report focuses on a number of these groups (or ‘communities of interest’) and considers how we can improve the health of our most vulnerable residents.

Each chapter draws on national and local intelligence and includes case studies from service users and service providers. The report also highlights the positive work already happening in Gloucestershire to improve the wellbeing and life chances of all local residents, especially the most vulnerable.
