Gloucestershire Health and Wellbeing Strategy
'Healthy Gloucestershire' is the 10 year strategy which sets out the way that GHCWP will achieve its strategic aim: "To improve the overall health and wellbeing of people living in Gloucestershire and to narrow the gap in health outcomes between communities and groups living in our disadvantaged and more affluent areas."
In order to measure progress towards the goals of Healthy Gloucestershire, Joint Strategic Commissioning Plans (also known as Priority Action Cards) have been drawn up and are refreshed annually. For 2011/12 the Partnership is focusing on three priority areas that reflect the direction of the new national policy drivers. The Cards for these areas can be found by following the links below. For each card we have included links to policy documents and strategies that have informed their development.
